A global alternative investment firm is seeking an Advent Geneva Business Analyst to support and enhance its core accounting and investment systems environment.

This role sits between Finance, Investment, and Technology teams, ensuring Advent Geneva is optimised, aligned to operational workflows, and supporting complex alternative investment structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as functional SME for Advent Geneva across business and system initiatives

• Gather and translate accounting and operational requirements into system solutions

• Support onboarding of new mandates including workflows and reporting requirements

• Work closely with developers on custom loaders, reports, and enhancements

• Troubleshoot accounting data and system configuration issues

• Support upgrades, patches, and ongoing platform optimisation

Required Experience

• Strong hands on experience with Advent Geneva

• Experience working within Private Equity, Private Credit, or alternative investments

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial instruments

• Experience with Geneva RSL and reporting frameworks

• SQL or database exposure

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across Finance and Technology

Desirable

• Exposure to leveraged loans, fixed income, CLOs, derivatives, ABS, or CMBS

• Experience supporting global investment operations
